Enrich Relationship Center of Colorado (ERC) is a premier group therapy practice that provides specialized individual and couple/partner therapeutic services. Centered on the belief that no person is an island and healing happens most effectively within the context of relationship, Enrich clinicians aim to help you fully connect to yourself, your life, and your loved ones. Our clinicians are exceptionally trained in Gottman method relationship intervention, ADHD assessment and therapy, LGBTQ+ clients, grief and growth, and sex therapy. We offer relationship therapy groups online and in-person. These groups are open and are offered over six consecutive weeks. They are educational only and not therapy.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who focuses on helping young adults struggling with anxiety in all its forms. I aim to give my clients tools to overcome and manage the symptoms while also getting to the root of what maintains the symptoms. I want to help you overcome your anxiety and move forward effectively in your life.
Let’s be real — the state of the world right now is heavy. As if maintaining good mental health weren’t hard enough already, right? I’m here to support with those hard day-to-day challenges, and to help you understand and shift how your past shapes the way you move through the world today. You have a story worth telling, and I want to hear it. My role is to walk beside you — offering perspective, practical tools, and space to heal. I specialize in working with trauma, grief, and anxiety, always guided by mindfulness, compassion, and a holistic perspective on healing. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities including EMDR, Internal family systems (IFS or inner child work), Somatic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I take a creative approach, weaving together tools from each of these modalities to shape a process that truly fits your needs. For more detail on each, check out the image above. Therapy should feel like a space where you’re truly supported. For some, that means sitting on a cozy couch in an office. For others, it might mean walking through a nearby park or connecting virtually from the comfort of home. You know what feels right for you — and I’d be honored to walk alongside you on that path.

I founded Keshet Counseling to support individuals who often feel overlooked or misunderstood in traditional therapy spaces. My work is especially meaningful to those navigating the complexities of chronic illness, such as Lyme Disease, Mold Toxicity, MCAS, and other invisible disabilities, as well as those facing antisemitism or discrimination for not aligning with political or institutional expectations. I also work closely with teens and adults dealing with antisemitism, narcissistic abuse, multicultural identity issues, codependency, love addiction, grief, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. My approach is rooted in body centered somatic psychology using mindfulness. We’ll explore unconscious beliefs and patterns shaping your experience by noticing whats happening for you in this moment. I hold a humanistic view of healing: I believe you are already whole, worthy, and deeply capable of transformation. My role is to help reconnect you to your own inner knowing, and I view our relationship as a collaborative space where your voice and wisdom lead the way. I don’t believe there’s something wrong with you, rather, what happened to you.

We are happy that you are here, and we hope that we will get to walk alongside you for this portion of your life! While we cannot change the past, or sometimes the external stressors of our present lives, we can impact our trajectory going forward. And here at KCAPS, we believe in supporting people to do just that. Together we may move between past, present, and future… healing, recovering, processing, liberating, exploring, problem-solving, building, empowering, etc depending on your goals and your needs. With a strengths-based, culturally-centered, trauma-informed, collaborative approach, KCAPS staff flexibly utilize various treatment modalities that are evidence-based. We will work together, incorporating both your expertise and ours to move toward your identified treatment goals. Parts of life can be hard and we all could use a little help sometimes. It can take a lot of strength and courage to lean into that humanness, and allow for others to show up for us in that space of vulnerability. We would be honored to meet you there… contact us now!
Does if feel like you worry more than other people, have racing thoughts, or keep thinking about the same issues over and over again? Or maybe your mood has been low and the things you used to enjoy no longer feel enjoyable? These are common symptoms of anxiety and depression that we can work together to address in therapy.
You're anxious, depressed, lost, or just feel something is off. I work with folks ready to understand what's actually going on an The people I work with are often keeping it together on the outside. But something won't resolve: anxiety that shows up in everything, depression that's more than just sadness, or being at a point in life where what used to work doesn't anymore. Some come in knowing exactly what they want to address. Others just know something needs to change. Attention and focus, anger, disconnected relationships, persistent worries, tough life transitions, the weight of the past - these are common themes. I've spent 16 years in clinical practice working with individuals through anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, big life changes, and the emotional patterns that run alongside addiction and recovery. My approach is integrative. I draw primarily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems within a trauma-informed frame, and I work to match the method to the person rather than the other way around. We work to understand what's actually driving your experience, build real insight, and develop strategies that hold outside the session. I'm co-founder of Rule 62 Therapy, a small group practice. Working within a team means clients have access to different approaches, specialties, and schedules, which makes finding a genuinely good fit more likely. Reach out to get started.
Hi I'm Kayla! I provide professional mental health therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. Psychotherapy services are based on an eclectic and client centered approach integrating from modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, trauma informed therapy, relational based therapy, and more. The goal is to empower the mental and emotional well-being by providing compassionate, enlightening, and professional therapy services.
We are a group practice specializing in trauma and EMDR. We also specialize in perinatal mental health, collaborative behavioral assessment, and neurofeedback. We believe that finding the right fit in a therapist is instrumental in having a successful therapeutic experience and because we have such a wonderful varied staff, we are able to serve people to suit individual needs.
We are an organization that believes mental health care should be accessible to everyone, regardless of socio-economic status. We do this by providing an Affordable Counseling Program and overseeing a quality training program for graduate students in the mental health field. We also house like-minded holistic and mental health professionals who run their own private practices or conduct workshops and groups in our collaborative community.
Often the people who find me are high achieving and highly anxious folx who use fantasy as a way to connect. I'm amazed at how much my clients talk about D&D and love how much joy and opportunity it offers. Many of my clients identify in the LGBTQ+ community as well.
What if getting better didn't mean spending years talking about everything that's ever gone wrong? I work with college and grad students to build real, lasting change by providing insight and skills that actually help. With over a decade of clinical work in the US and abroad, I've helped young adults manage anxiety, quiet the perfectionism and imposter syndrome that follow them into every exam and internship, while creating a healthy type of confidence that remains under pressure. My clients describe working with me as supportive, direct, collaborative, and nothing like what they expected therapy to be. We figure out what's driving the pattern. Then we work on changing it. I specialize in: anxiety, burnout and stress, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. My approach pulls from CBT, ACT, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness, grounded in a trauma-informed model. You don't have to have it figured out to start. Currently offering Online Therapy throughout Massachusetts, New York, Colorado, Vermont, and Florida. Whether you are in Boston, NYC, or Denver, I am ready when you are.

Life can feel overwhelming when you are carrying anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or emotional pain on your own. You may feel stuck, exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma and complex trauma, sexual trauma, grief and loss, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and less alone as we work toward healing and relief together. My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and down to earth. I want counseling to feel like a safe place where you can openly talk through what you are facing without judgment. Together, we will find practical ways to help you move toward healing, growth, relief, and hope. Reaching out for support can feel difficult, but you do not have to go through things alone. If you are ready to take the next step, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey. Feel free to reach out by phone, email, or text at 970-829-8780.
I believe that in order to truly be able to help my clients I must always present as my authentic self. What that means is that you can expect me to share my honest thoughts and opinions, to be direct & concise, to incorporate humor as often as possible, and I won’t shy away from discomfort or conflict. While at the same time balancing that by providing you with unconditional positive regard, empathy, and support. I 100% believe that in order for therapy to be effective the client-therapist relationship must be genuine and both parties must carry mutual respect and trust for each other. This is something I strive to create and build-up starting from our first several interactions; as well as something I work hard to maintain up until our very last session. I am trauma informed therapist that specializes in working with professionals in the helping field (ie. first responders, educators, nurses, therapists, etc), with parents and children with behavioral issues, and have extensive experience working with BIPOC, immigrants, and AAPI communities. In our first session, we'll talk through what brought you in and get clear on what you want to walk away with — so we're aligned on what this space is for and what my role will be. Together we'll build a plan with intention and direction, not open-ended sessions that drift. Over time, the goal isn't just to feel less anxious or triggered. It's to trust yourself again, hold your story with compassion, and move through the world without needing to translate yourself.
