Therapy is an opportunity to alleviate emotional pain and also a safe space to reflect and grow. When seeking therapy, many people might be unsure of what they want and afraid of the uncertainty. My hope is to help you walk through a healthy perspective to replenish a meaningful and rewarding life where you could see yourself more completely and inspire yourself to be the calm within the storm. With a compassionate, non-judgmental, and psychologically mindful space, I hope you will feel deeply understood and optimistic. I work from a genuine, authentic and collaboratively open style. My work is tailored to each client’s needs and presenting problems. We are a network of independent psychotherapists who support clients during grief and life transitions of all kinds. In our practice, we acknowledge and honor the unique journey of each individual. Our story began as colleagues at a local bereavement center where we facilitated peer support groups for children and adults, at the center and in the community. We shared a deep appreciation for the mission to provide a safe and supportive environment for grieving families. We are committed to developing a trusting alliance with our clients as we view the relationship between client and therapist as integral to successful psychotherapy. Our clients often come to us feeling vulnerable or lost. We create a safe and caring space to hold hope for our clients as we work collaboratively toward the lives they desire.
Welcome! Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and truly understood. Every person who walks into therapy is different, and I honor that. I work with teens, adults, and older adults navigating life’s challenges—whether it’s managing anxiety, coping with change, building confidence, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again. Some of my clients are high performers or athletes; others are just trying to manage daily stress, relationships, or emotional overwhelm. No matter your story, I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs—drawing from approaches like CBT and strengths-based strategies. I’m passionate about this work because I’ve seen how mental health impacts every part of life—from performance and relationships to life transitions and confidence. As a former West Chester University Division II athlete, I understand firsthand the mental load that comes with high performance, pressure, and pushing through—even when you’re not okay. That lived experience helps me support clients who are navigating high expectations, both in sport and in life. In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where I get to know you and your goals. I believe therapy works best when it’s a team effort. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and what needs to shift. My style is a blend of warmth, honesty, and gentle challenge. I’ll always meet you where you are, but I’m not afraid to help you look at patterns that may be holding you back. Whether you need space to process, a sounding board for decision-making, or someone to help connect the dots—I’m here to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and offer honest feedback to help you make meaningful progress. If you’re ready to prioritize your well-being—whether as an individual or an athlete—I’d be honored to support you on that journey!

As a first-generation college graduate, I know how challenging it can be to find your way. For this reason, I helped students on their college journeys for over a decade before transitioning to clinical practice. Many of my clients are cycle-breakers: the first in their family to address mental health concerns and build healthier relationships. I help clients manage anxiety, depression and challenging family relationships (i.e. emotionally immature parents/adults). You CAN have a different experience. If this resonates with you, schedule a free consultation to talk about how I can support you on your journey.
I offer holistic therapy to help students escape the veil of anxiety and live with authenticity. Students I work with struggle with complex emotions. Despite being intelligent, hard-working, and having a witty sense of humor, life isn’t all rainbows and sunshine. When they first come to see me, they are exhausted by the never ending loop of “what if” scenarios and often find themselves trying to be perfect or pretend that they "have it all together." If you’re ready to drop anxiety and find self-compassion, I'm your gal. We will work together in reclaiming your inner knowing, finding your voice, and living your most authentic life.
My approach in working with clients is to explore and understand their psychological experiences. In addition, I use psychoeducation and neuroeducation to help clients intellectually understand why they are experiencing what they are experiencing, then collaborate on an actionable plan to change undesired behaviors and thought patterns. I incorporate mind-body interventions to help clients manage their symptoms. My therapeutic approach is evidence-based & integrative. I have extensive trainings and experience in trauma therapy & dialectical behavioral therapy.
Through my experiences as a therapist, I have seen how life stressors, past experiences, and genetics can all play a role in the difficulties of our lives. I have worked with individuals and couples struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Adjustment Disorders, ADD, ADHD, Marital Conflict, issues surrounding substance abuse, and issues surrounding gender and identity. I specialize in working with individuals who identify as LGBTQ+. I offer a free phone consultation to help you determine if my services are a good fit for you or your family!
