I'm a rock drummer who finally figured things out after a dozen years of failure. Stuff gets in the way, and I've learned how to untangle most of the knots we get ourselves into. My focus is to build strength, trust, and reliance on skills your mom and dad may have tried to help you with. There is magic in gaining traction, and I help do that. Once you're unstuck, we work to keep growth going: altering bad habits, sticking to important schedules, and keeping obligations to work, school, and finances. It's all one big change, but if you take the lead, we'll make it happen. I guess you can call me a "coach on a mission." Try me.

Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Marshfield, MA

Hi, I'm Caily and I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a passion for helping young adults feel empowered, understood, and supported. I earned my Master's degree from Bridgewater State University (2020) after completing my undergraduate degree at Emmanuel College (2017). I know therapy can feel intimidating at first, so I work hard to create a space where you can feel safe to show up exactly as you are. We’ll collaborate to define what you want to get out of therapy, and then break those goals into small, meaningful, and achievable steps. If you are interested in setting up an initial consult, please contact me via email or find me on Headway!

I love clients who are curious about themselves and their relationships and are just looking for a safe place to talk. I bring much the same warmth, humor, and energy to my work that I do to my friendships. I'll remember your birthday and the name of the pet you had growing up, and the fact that you were anxious about that text you got last week. If you're anxious about therapy, or have had a bad experience in the past, that's a great place to start, and if you're ready to dive in, we can do that too.

Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Haverhill, MA

Danielle Carroll, LMHC, is a psychotherapist currently providing services to children, adolescents, and young adults. Danielle utilizes a client-centered, strengths-based approach that allows her clients to feel empowered to build the skills they need to improve their quality of life. She provides a trauma-informed, nurturing, nonjudgmental environment and incorporates humor and therapeutic play into her practice, which allows her to develop relationships with clients who have historically struggled to build healthy and safe attachments to providers and caregivers. Danielle often accesses aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Expressive Arts Therapy in her practice in order to meet the individualized needs of her clients. Trauma-informed care is the cornerstone of Danielle's treatment approach, as this safety net provides a necessary container to the emotional needs of her clients. Danielle graduated with a Master of Arts from Lesley University in 2018 in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus in Expressive Arts Therapy, and is now a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts. Danielle has experience working with youth in a wide variety of settings, including residential treatment programs, juvenile detention centers, schools, outpatient clinics, and in-home. Pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood can bring unexpected emotional shifts - anxiety, guilt, sadness, or changes in identity and relationships. If you're feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, you're not alone - and you don’t have to navigate it alone, either. With advanced training in perinatal and postpartum mental health, I'll work to help you feel more like yourself again. Together, we’ll create space for what you’re feeling and build tools to manage it. When helpful, we can incorporate movement-based practices to support nervous system regulation and body-based healing. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where therapy feels both meaningful and manageable. When you’re ready, I’m here. Reach out to schedule an intro call - I’d be honored to support you.

Life isn't something we should be expected to take on alone. I would be proud to be part of your community and walk alongside you in this journey. I am here to support you in the good moments and the tough ones, too. My passion is caring for other BIPOC individuals’ mental health as they experience an array of life's transitions—higher education, struggling with emerging adulthood, early career & helping professionals, postpartum, parenthood, LGBTQ+ identity, children of immigrants, and anything else that may be feeling too heavy to carry on your own.

I’m certified in EMDR and incorporate a range of complementary therapeutic methods tailored to each individual. I've been working with young adults for the better part of the last decade within the context of their homes, schools, communities and families. I have also been supervising young adults as well as older adults in juggling school work and family with their career ambitions. Fostering growth for these folks, including in many marginalized communities is, to me, an incredibly important part of building lives worth living, and growing the strength of our communities. As a white cis-gendered queer therapist I have done my own work on my identity that has allowed me to see and show up for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folks, as well as supporting other white folks in this work. My practice is rooted in anti-racism, anti-oppression, and health equity. Our mental health is not only our individual biologies and brains, we are shaped by the systems we exist within and this has a direct correlation to our physical well being as well. What you need in therapy may or may not relate to issues of oppression, and it is important for those for whom this is relevant to know there is a space to been seen and acknowledged for the ways this impacts your life. Growth and transitions can be incredible, and also very stressful. If anything you've read here or seen in my profile resonates. I would encourage you to reach out to see if we would be a good fit for the support you are seeking.

Hi, I’m Niko, a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with two years of experience providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I take a client-centered approach to therapy, honoring each person's story and working collaboratively to support healing, emotional regulation, and growth. When I’m not in session, you’ll find me on my small farm tending to my organic garden, caring for my two cows and mini donkey, Oakly, making art, and soaking in the peace of nature.
