I have been working in the mental health field for over 12 years and am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing and growth. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of New Mexico, and went on to receive my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Aurora University in 2013. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including outpatient services for individuals with severe mental health conditions, inpatient and outpatient addictions treatment, geriatric mental health, and community mental health. I also have extensive experience working with justice-involved individuals and understand the unique challenges that can come with navigating the legal system alongside mental health and substance use concerns. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe and supported. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you build the tools you need to thrive.

Over the years, I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting adults through challenges with mental health and substance use. Those experiences have given me the privilege of walking alongside people in some of the hardest and most transformative moments of their lives. My background in crisis work means I’m comfortable meeting you exactly where you are, even if life feels overwhelming right now. My style is conversational, open, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy is a partnership. I’ll bring tools, strategies, and perspective, and you’ll bring your lived experience and goals.
