Alejandra Aschittino-Sombra Psychotherapy
I support individuals navigating young adulthood, immigration-related experiences, identity exploration, and the lifelong process of self-discovery. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to understand yourself more deeply, therapy can be a meaningful place to start.
My work integrates Psychodynamic Theory, Internal Family Systems, Existential counseling, and Somatic interventions. Together, we explore your past patterns, present reactions, and the logic/emotion behind them. I often ask questions, such a, “What is this behavior doing here?” This process creates a compassionate dialogue between the different shades of you.
If this resonates with you, I would be honored to walk with you on your path toward greater self-understanding and growth.
