"When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change."
That quote by Dr. Wayne Dyer is the foundation of my practice. If you are feeling stuck in a loop of anxiety, depression, or the stress of a major life transition, it’s easy to feel like your situation is permanent. I’m here to help you shift that lens—and we might even laugh a little along the way.
I believe therapy works best when it’s a genuine human conversation, not a clinical checklist. I create a judgment-free environment that is humorous, playful, and real, allowing you to drop the "perfect" act and just be yourself.
Through a unique blend of science and spirit, I combine practical, evidence-based tools with a deeper exploration of who you are.
- The Practical Side: Using CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Mindfulness, we’ll build concrete skills to manage stress and solve problems in real-time.
- The Deeper Work: As a PhD candidate at Pace University, my research focuses on the power of Spirituality and Buddhist concepts in mental health. If you are looking to integrate spiritual awareness into your healing, I offer a specialized perspective that goes beyond standard talk therapy.
- The Human Connection: Using a Person-Centered and Existential approach, I focus on trust and collaboration. I’m here to help you believe in your limitless potential again.
I have extensive experience working with adults and adolescents in both outpatient and inpatient settings. I am here to help you navigate trauma and life’s storms with confidence.
Let’s work together to move toward a more empowered, fulfilling life.
