*WINTER 2026 Update: I have some availability for new clients seeking online therapy and mindful wellness coaching during weekday daytime hours, evenings, and weekends. Please email me anytime to inquire about scheduling! I offer a free 15min introductory conversation on Zoom. Email: matteo.undici@gmail.com
"Therapy is all about embodying your truth in personal, relational, and intersectional ways -- even when it's complicated, challenging and confusing. Let's talk about what matters most to you and start working on what it takes to embrace reality with courage, clarity, and compassion!"
*INSURANCE: If you are currently located in New York State and plan to use a commercially funded insurance plan through your employer or family member, you can verify out-of-network coverage by contacting your insurance plan member services and asking about reimbursement rates, deductibles, and pre-authorization requirements. I may be able to accept some Aetna and UnitedHealthCare plans. Please email me to inquire. I am not able to accept publicly funded or subsidized plans through medicaid, medicare, or the marketplace. Please note that insurance coverage for couples/family therapy may not be possible due to specific plan details and rates.
