You deserve a life that feels like yours—not just one you’re surviving.

Growing up and navigating young adulthood is hard enough on its own. When you add the weight of trauma, anxiety, or the intensity of a personality disorder, it can feel like you’re fighting a battle no one else sees. I want you to know that you are worth the effort it takes to heal, and you don’t have to do it alone.

I am dedicated to creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can bring your whole self—messy parts included. My practice is built on the belief that with the right support, you can move beyond just managing symptoms to building a "life worth living."

I have a deep passion for supporting children, teens, and young adults. These are the years where we figure out who we are, and I specialize in helping you navigate:
- Complex Trauma: Unpacking the past so it stops controlling your future.
- Personality Disorders: Understanding your unique emotional experience and learning to navigate it with confidence.
- Life Transitions: Finding your footing during the chaotic shift from adolescence to adulthood.

Therapy with me isn’t just about venting; it’s about change. We will work together to:
- Build Practical Tools: We’ll develop concrete strategies to manage intense emotions and anxiety in real-time.
- Improve Relationships: We’ll look at how you connect with others and find ways to build deeper, healthier bonds.
- Foster Resilience: My goal is to empower you with the coping skills you need to handle whatever life throws at you.

Whether you are looking to heal from the past or just need help navigating the present, I’m here to help you unlock your potential. Let’s work together to help you feel more grounded, connected, and alive.
