Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or big life changes?
Many students come to me feeling stuck, pressured to have everything figured out, or caught between growing independence and complicated family or social dynamics. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.
I’m Kaylie, a Licensed Master Social Worker, and I help people manage anxiety, depression, identity concerns, and everyday stress that starts to feel like “too much.”
I focus on getting to know you—what you care about, what feels hard, and what you want to change. Together, we’ll use practical tools and strategies (like problem-solving skills, coping techniques, and supportive conversations) to help you feel more grounded and confident.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and never judged. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. You don’t need to have the perfect words or a clear plan. You just need a place to start. If you’re ready, I’m here to support you.
