Joy Fangman, LPC
Joy is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing since 2019. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Medical Humanities from Baylor University and a Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary. Joy's therapeutic approach combines action and insight by utilizing modalities including but not limited to DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, Attachment, Person-centered, Family Systems, and Structural Family Systems. She specializes in working with foster and adoptive families, members of the Queer community, and youth with high risk behaviors.
In her spare time Joy enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, and playing pickleball. She is passionate about making mental healthcare accessible and investing in the field for the sake of its improvement and sustainability.
