Jessie Stempel, LCSW

Jessie Stempel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado. She attended Hampshire college for undergrad and Columbia University for her Masters in Social Work. Jessie provides clinical services to adults, adolescents and children suffering from the psychological impacts of trauma, stress, grief/loss, family dysfunction, and mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and bipolar disorder. Her approach to therapy can be described as strength based, holistic and eclectic.

Jessie has received advanced training in a number of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP).

She has experience supporting children, adolescents and adults who are struggling to manage symptoms related to a mental health diagnosis, life stressors, and past traumas. Jessie has done extensive work around grief and loss as well family and relationship dynamics.
