Elizabeth Gage
Hi, I’m Liz Gage, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) offering compassionate, personalized psychiatric care for adults (18+) through telehealth. My practice, Gage Holistic Psychiatry, specializes in integrative and functional medicine approaches to mental health—addressing root causes of symptoms through careful assessment, lifestyle interventions, and evidence-based medication management when appropriate. Every patient is welcome here. Care is inclusive, affirming, and tailored for LGBTQIA+ and gender- diverse adults.
I work with a wide range of individuals and have a strong focus on supporting:
-LGBTQ+ clients
-Those navigating perimenopause, menopause, or hormonal transitions
-People interested in minimizing or tapering psychiatric medications safely
-Adults who haven’t found relief with conventional treatments alone
My care is trauma-informed, affirming, and tailored to each person’s needs. I offer services in multiple states, including Montana, Kansas, Iowa, New Mexico, Minnesota, Oregon, and Washington and accept a range of insurance plans via Alma and Headway.
If you’re a student or provider looking for collaborative, root-cause-oriented psychiatric care, I’d be honored to connect.
Listed fees are for paying out of pocket when not using an accepted insurance plan. Student discount available.
