Ariel Parry
I meet clients where they are at by building upon existing strengths and providing a nonjudgmental space for self-exploration and growth. I value honesty, empathy, curiosity, and humor in my practice. The foundation of my work uses person-centered and relational therapy techniques. I may pull from psychodynamic, solution-focused, or narrative therapy. My therapeutic approach is for those looking for support, self-reflection, alternate perspectives, and accountability.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults for individual therapy.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship dynamics, life transitions, and confidence. I believe authentic conversations about identity, including exploration of sexuality, gender, race, and class are an important part of our therapeutic work together.
