You deserve to feel better. Our interdisciplinary approach includes relational and psychodynamic paradigms, alternative treatments and arts based practices. We are multi-culturally oriented therapists using multi-method based approaches to: empower and cultivate resiliency; manage depression and anxiety; understand the impact of trauma, abuse and neglect across the lifespan; better understand the impact of oppression on your intersectional lived experience; examine psychodynamic issues; recognize transpersonal and spirituality influences; and leverage cross-cultural and transnational experiences. Our whole-istic approach works with you to co-create a safer clinical environment and therapeutic relationship that supports emotional, psychological and spiritual growth. Services available in English, Portuguese, Spanish. Telehealth only.
