Allison Gleichman
Hi! I'm Allison. I'm here to help you with the stress, overwhelm, and anxiety you're feeling as you try to lead the life you want. If you're tired of being REALLY hard on yourself and you want to start letting go of that and be more content with who you are, reach out. I'm anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergence affirming, and I'm ready to support you.
I see clients in person near I25 and Colorado in Denver or by telehealth. My goal is to meet you where you are and understand what you want to work on – you’re the expert on your life but I can help you see it differently and make the changes you want. That might include coping strategies, looking at your needs, strengths, and values, using brain/body techniques like Brainspotting to release uncomfortable emotions, and more.
I always start with the relationship because you can’t work with someone you don’t trust. I am calm, focused, and empathetic, and I still have a sense of humor. I’m always authentic (and I’m not always the textbook therapist) and I give you the space to be the real you.
I’ll see you, I’ll accept you, and I’ll have your back as you make the changes you want.
Reach out today for your free 30 minute consultation! You can call, email, or text.
