You don’t have to have it all figured out to start.

Life has a way of throwing challenges at us that feel impossible to navigate alone. Whether you’re an adolescent trying to find your path, an adult struggling to keep your head above water, or a new parent navigating the intense shift into a new identity, I’m here to help. I provide a down-to-earth, judgment-free space where you can drop the "perfect" act and focus on what’s actually going on.

I believe therapy works best when it’s a collaborative partnership. My goal isn’t just to help you "cope," but to help you build a life that feels balanced and authentic. We will work together to:
- Navigate the Heavy Stuff: I specialize in helping clients work through Anxiety, OCD, Eating Disorders, and Body Image concerns. We’ll look at the root of these struggles while building practical tools you can use every day.
- Support Through Transitions: From the complexities of relationship concerns and substance use to the unique challenges of Perinatal Mental Health (new parenthood), I provide specialized support for the stages of life that change us the most.
- Build Lasting Resilience: Using a trauma-informed and psychodynamic approach, we’ll explore how your past experiences shape your present, helping you gain the insight needed to move forward with confidence.

I blend professional expertise with a personal understanding of life’s transitions. I don’t use a one-size-fits-all checklist. Instead, I tailor my strategies to your unique goals and experiences. Whether we are addressing family dynamics or the reality of becoming a parent, our sessions are a space for you to be seen, heard, and supported.

Let’s work together to unlock your resilience and help you reach your full potential. You’re ready to build a more fulfilling life—let’s get started.
